We acquire and seek out land for lease for the construction of solar power plants. We prepare the necessary documentation and obtain the appropriate building permits for our investors. Typical projects involve plots ranging from 1 to 100 hectares, with regular shapes, flat terrain, and no shading structures or trees. We prefer land covered by a Local Zoning Plan (MPZP) that permits the construction of a photovoltaic power plant, with soil classes IV–VI. A medium-voltage (MV) power line (15 kV) near the plot (500 m–2 km) and an access road are desirable. We guarantee attractive terms for a long-term lease (29 years) or the purchase of the plot.
